“I would give this place 10 Stars. My brother and I came into town for a graduation. When we arrived we were greeted by staff who were extremely nice and pleasant. Then they presented us with fresh homemade cookies. Then they helped us to the room. The kicker is I stayed here 4 months ago and forgot my wall charger. To my surprise they still had it and brought it to me once they found it. The next time I come to Wichita, KS, this is the only hotel I will stay at. The room was extremely clean with all the necessities and we didn't have to ask for anything or need anything.”

“I was greeted warmly at the front desk by Kamari and offered a floor preference. I had a little cough and she asked if she could get me a water or something. So nice to see some compassion. The room was clean and looked recently updated. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics needed for a small meal or snack. The bathroom was very clean and the towels soft and fluffy. The shower had plenty of pressure. The hotel is pet friendly however there is no sign of a pet having been in the room. Breakfast had all of the basics plus a little more than usual. An enjoyable stay at TownePlace and I would stay here again.”

Kori Welsh and Kylie T. did a great job working with me to communicate group rooms information for my group block. They also worked with me to help me adjust my dates of stay within the group block. Ally also was extremely supportive when some of my guests expressed concerns with a room having been previously smoked in by a previous guest. I experienced no issues with my hot water; however my father did report that it was disappointing to find out there was a known issue either the hot water that was not proactively mentioned upon check-in. The room was comfortable and accommodating for my busy schedule. The complimentary breakfast was praised by everyone (including myself). There were no bananas when I was there, yet the selection of hot and cold items provided great alternatives to keep me highly satisfied. Lillian (housekeeping) is such a delight too. When there was some confusion about my reservations, she proactively worked with myself and front office team to ensure everything was correct. She was such a kind and sweet and caring individual who demonstrated excellent hospitality. The brief few minutes of interaction with her was the best part of my stay! Finally, I am embarrassed to say I forgot the night auditor’s name, yet he and I spent almost an hour chatting and swapping stories the same night following my earlier afternoon arrival. That man really cares about protecting the business!”

“We recently stayed at TownePlace Suites Wichita East during the last weekend of April 2026 for a family wedding, and our experience was wonderful! We booked 5 rooms for about 12 family members, and the location was perfect for getting to our wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. They made sure we knew the breakfast hours, room service information, and who to contact if we needed assistance. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean both inside and outside, and the parking accommodations were great, especially since we had disabled veterans traveling with us. We also appreciated how quiet the hotel was no loud hallway noise or disturbances during the night. The rooms were spacious, larger than we expected, and everything worked well. One room did have a slight smoking smell, but it was not a major issue for us. Thank you to the entire staff for making our family weekend comfortable and enjoyable. It’s hard to find a clean, well-managed hotel with excellent service at a reasonable price, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!”
